About Me

 My name is Tanya Larkin, until two summers ago I was Tanya Berg, Dawn’s twin sister. I am now not only a wife, but I am also a proud mom of a little girl named Hunter – what a year that was! Oh, and did I mention I just bought the house next door to my twin Dawn, dream come true. I have a dog named Diesel, he is an American pitbull / staffordshire cross and I have a fluffy (mean) cat named Tuffy.

 I have been teaching at WestShore for 8 years now and call WCLT my home. I have taught many courses while being a teacher here, so I guess that means I may be able to help you if you have any questions, or at least able to point you in a good direction.  I normally teach humanities at Westshore, which includes some face to face and some online courses, but this year I am teaching Connections, English at PISE and some online.  When I started out teaching at WCLT I taught night school to adults, but quickly started the Jump Ahead Program with Dawn. We soon transitioned this into the Futures Program with Devon. This year is a big transition year and I am very excited that I get to teach such an array of courses to all learners.

Tuesday: PISE (AM) & WCLT Online (PM)

Wednesday: WCLT Online (all day)

Thursday: Connections 11 (AM) & PISE (PM)
